Jazzercise is a well-known brand in exercise and apparel. Featuring high-intensity dance and workout fusion, they are a revolutionary fitness movement 45 years in the making with estimated revenues over $100 Million

BRIEF

Jazzercize had to find and implement a new eCommerce store when Amazon webstores, their existing platform announced their intent to close in 2016

GOALS

  • Re-platform to a new eCommerce platform
  • Combine four separate online stores into a single site
  • Add support for mobile browsing to keep up with consumer behaviour trends
  • Optimize merchandising to target specific user segments
  • Develop a custom solution to target customer base with unique price points, content, and product availability for each channel

Combining 4 stores into one while adding deep personalization based on customer segments. Migration of store to a new major version of the platform in the middle of the development cycle

Jazzercise turned to atmosol to consult on which eCommerce platforms had the best functionality to achieve his goals. After careful consideration, Jeff chose Magento Commerce (formerly Magento Enterprise) since Magento has highly customizable design and development, multi-site solutions, and robust marketing capabilities.

PLATFORM MIGRATION & CUSTOM MAGENTO DEVELOPMENT

atmosol migrated Jazzercize to the Magento platform and developed a custom solution to create and assign store views to customer segments from the admin panel. Deeper customizations like custom-built catalogs with unique structure and categories along with dynamically generated personalized offers. Differentiated menu and user experience for B2B and B2C consumers. Developed a B2B Magento store before Magento B2B released and then migrated to Magento B2B when it released in between the development cycle

SUPPORT & CONTINUOUS OPTIMIZATION

atmosol continued to maintain, optimize, and enhance the Jazzercize store once the new store released and continue to do so at the time of this writing in 2021
